Overview
Backend services for an RPA-integrated document validation platform where bots upload PDFs, Azure AI extracts data, and users review/edit with tracking, role-based workflows, and resubmission to custom models.
Challenge
Needed an AI-powered backend to auto-extract and validate data from PDFs uploaded by bots, and manage corrections, approvals, and re-submissions.
The Process
Integrated Azure Document Intelligence for extraction, created a workflow system with user roles, implemented time tracking, and connected email alerts using MailKit.
Solution
Built a robust system supporting document uploads, data correction, role-based validation, and re-submission paths with end-to-end tracking and audit logs.
Outcome
Streamlined document handling and significantly reduced manual validation effort, while maintaining traceability and compliance.
